At MYLUXEBAGS, all items are carefully inspected and accurately described prior to sale. Due to the nature of pre-loved, rare, and consigned luxury items, all sales are final and we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:
- Discounted or sale items
- International orders
- Requests made more than 24 hours after delivery
- Change of mind or personal preference (likes/taste)
- Minor imperfections clearly stated in the description/photos
Returns will only be considered if the item received has a major undisclosed defect that was not shown in the product photos or stated in the description.
To submit a return request, customers must:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item
- Provide a full unboxing video without cuts or edits
- Return the item in its original condition with complete packaging/accessories
Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise determined by MYLUXEBAGS.
